DIY Package
Our DIY Package is for our clients that simply want to rent the venue but hire the vendors of your choice. This is a great way to keep costs down but still get your dream wedding.
Three Oaks will have a staff member at no additional cost present during the event but if you choose the DIY package, you and your bridal party/family will be at the barn for the day on your own. Tables and Chairs will be set up when you arrive and our cleaning staff will remove trash and clean the building but vendors will come in using a code to get into the building. If you need a Weekend Coordinator but want to hire vendors of your choice, talk to Anna at threeoaksbarn@gmail.com for that option. She will provide a detailed timeline for the weekend, coordinate the Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony, help set up, and be the contact for Vendors the weekend of so the bride and groom can relax. This package is the most popular choice.
Pricing is between $3500-$6000 for the Barn depending on day of the week plus a $1250 Weekend Coordinator fee if needed (optional).
Please note all belongings must be removed by end of night by 12am, Three Oaks is not responsible for items left, we also require a day-of-event insurance policy for all events.

The Ultimate Package
Three Oaks offers an all-inclusive package for our clients who just want to relax and enjoy their day! This Ultimate package takes the stress away from the client and loved ones for the entire engagement.
Wedding Planner, Anna Knight, will discuss your overall budget. Based on the budget and number of guests, she will come back with recommendations of a few available vendors who are available to help the process not be so overwhelming. Vendors included in the Ultimate Package are:
Barn, Photography, Catering, DJ, Florals (Fresh Flowers), Baker, Alcohol, Certified Bartenders, Wedding Planner, Linens, Acrylic Dinnerware, Stemware, Cloth Napkins, Arbor Florals, Bouquets, Corsages, Boutonnieres, and Floral crowns for flower girls.
Officiant not included unless you request Three Oaks for one of our preferred officiants.
Please call for pricing or simply come tour and we can discuss our Ultimate Package pricing, rates depend upon your guest count and your preferences.

You can also hire her for $1250 to be the Weekend Coordinator if you wish to hire all Vendors on your own but have her at the Barn for the weekend setting everything up and handling everything the day of and the night of your wedding. Ask her for more information.
Monthly payments accepted, all events to be paid 30 days prior to your event date.
All deposits are non-refundable. Three Oaks requires a day-of-event insurance policy and we will gladly refer you to a few insurance companies that write this specific policy.
